Finally my report for the guest room root cause and chill water flow is completed. Now I feel at ease. It's been a roller coaster month.. and finally I have my report and all the knowledge in my head. Tomorrow going to submit. I know it will be approved for the good of the hotel. Am proud.

PROUD MOMENT

In my 6.5 years at work.. I have came to my pinnacle in my career and it's a proud moment. I have solved the Guest Rooms Co condensation, mold, smell issue. Life going to be more challenging and fulfilling. 16 Sep 2016 2128hrs.
